Glossary

TermWhat it is
markmax(oracle, pool TWAP), clamped at a band over the oracle. Every debt, health factor and liquidation in StockLend uses it.
bandHow far over the oracle the mark may follow the pool. Frozen into each loan at the open, so a regime change cannot reach an existing one.
regimeOpen or closed, from the on-chain trading calendar — or from a feed older than six hours, which is the fail-closed backstop, not the primary test.
buyInAfter maturity, anyone spends the borrower's collateral in the pool to buy the shares back, capped at the settlement price plus a slippage allowance that grows hourly.
writeOffThe collateral buys back neither the debt nor a single share. The shortfall is shared across lenders by share, and the leftover USDG goes to them.
weekend premiumThe pool price over the frozen oracle during a closed session. What a borrower pays to sell into.
payoutStock sent to $HEDGE holders by balance each round: the holders' share of the tax plus what the treasury's stock earned.
treasury inventoryStock the treasury holds and works. Never sold, never shorted; lent on weekends, written against on weekdays.
covered callSelling, for a premium, the right to buy the treasury's stock at a strike before expiry, with the stock locked as collateral.
any stockThe treasury can hold any stock token that has a lending or options market here; NVDA is only the first.
USDGThe stablecoin every stock pool on Robinhood Chain is quoted against, and what collateral and fees are denominated in.
uiMultiplierThe per-token factor that carries corporate actions. Chainlink's RHxxx / USD answer already includes it — see the three prices.
